This weekend we will be embarking on Wintervarsity, and then the Spring Break Trip. Wintervarsity made a huge impact in my life, and I saw it change the lives of others. I haven't had the opportunity to go on the Spring Break Trip, but I have only heard amazing things. I know that giving up spring break is a huge sacrifice, but I would encourage you to dream about how your life can change if you do give up your time. Below are some experiences people have shared. Building a Habitat for Humanity house ... prayer ... Serving at a soup kitchen and meeting homeless men and women ... Having a sack lunch with a couple of homeless guys in a park and learning about their past lives ... experiencing God ... Meeting men who have just gotten out of jail, and helping them with their new work ... spending time in fellowship ... cleaning out an urban ministry basement and organizing their equipment ...What can it do for you??
